The club are delighted to announce the signing of Jack White as our overseas player for the 2025 season🎉
Jack plays his cricket for North Hobart CC in the Cricket Tasmania Premier League and will be joining up with LBCC for our Championship campaign this Summer.
Jack; who is captain of the North Hobart First Grade side, has represented Tasmania at age-group levels and in their state Second XI. Jack is a left-handed top order batter and slow left arm orthodox bowler.
Jack will be available for all 1st XI fixtures this season, as we begin our second season in the Kent Cricket League Championship. The first round stars on Saturday 10th May, hosting Dartford. Jack will also be available for the T20 competition and 100 ball Smash.
Director of Cricket; Rick Parsons said “We’re delighted to secure the services of Jack this Summer. To bring in the calibre of player like Jack, with first-grade experience to Leeds, is testament to the work of the club to establish themselves at the top end of the Kent League structure. Jack will bring some great skill and ability to support the side, as we hope to improve on our league position in 2025. We look forward to welcoming Jack to Leeds in April and wish him all the best for the rest of the season down in Tasmania”
